Specializing in high conflict/narcissistic relationships and recovery and relationship coaching.
I hold a master’s level license in mental health for the state of Oregon. Additionally, I bring a significant amount of life experience that informs my work. I assist clients with various issues, such as domestic violence, emotional and mental abuse, divorce, raising children with special needs, dating after divorce, parenting, interpersonal relationships, and family of origin issues. I focus on thoroughly understanding clients and recognizing their unique journeys and self-awareness. I acknowledge that there is no single correct way to navigate life, and I collaborate with clients from all backgrounds, including different races, nationalities, economic statuses, genders, and sexual identifications. I also focus on treating the whole person by encouraging mindfulness of their mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical needs.
I am committed to serving people from all backgrounds with respect and authenticity, acknowledging their challenges and strengths. I aim to create a safe space where everyone feels secure. This allows my clients to work towards the life they deserve, ultimately improving the lives of those around them.
I am a direct and relational coach and counselor, utilizing various interventions for healing in therapy. My eclectic approach includes Narrative Therapy, CBT, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness. In coaching, I apply the same care to help individuals achieve their relational and personal goals.
